The small print, in plain words.
How does the weekly note limit work?
Free includes 200 ordinary new notes each week and resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Your total number of notes is unlimited. Imports and the calendar structure Nested List creates for you do not count. At the limit you can still edit, complete, delete, move, search, export and sync; only creating ordinary notes pauses until the reset or an upgrade.
How does the Premium trial work?
Every new account gets Premium for 30 days, with no card required. When the trial ends, your account moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Account. Premium continues until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Notes and existing files stay readable, even if they are over the Free storage allowance.
What is the refund policy?
Ask within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, no questions asked. Email [email protected]. Prices here are in USD; Stripe may offer a local currency at checkout.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings → Account. Nested List builds a final archive first, deletes the account, and gives you a private download link that works for 30 days.
